SkillBeacon provides an AI-powered career development platform that includes:

• Interactive Skill Graph: Visual exploration of skill relationships for different career roles (ML Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Security Engineer, AI PM)
• Skill Connection Analysis: AI-powered analysis using embedding technology to discover how skills and responsibilities are interconnected
• Gap Analysis Tools: Compare current skills to target roles and receive personalized recommendations for career advancement
• Career Path Visualization: Dynamic visualization of career transitions and skill development paths
• Usage Analytics: Track your learning progress and interaction patterns to optimize your career development journey
• Educational Resources: Access to tools, analyses, and insights for professional skill development

3. Service Availability and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted access, or data retention during the Alpha phase. Data loss may occur at any time.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies. Analyses, recommendations, and visualizations are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biases. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Results are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or up-to-date.
• AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for career, educational, or employment decisions.
• All AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

6. Feedback and Contributions

ALL CAREER ADVICE, SKILL ANALYSES, GAP ASSESSMENTS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CAREER DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THIS SERVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR IMPORTANT CAREER DECISIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeruno Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Career setbacks or missed employment opportunities
• Educational or professional development expenses
• Time invested in career development activities
• Reputational harm or professional consequences

This limitation applies whether the damages arise from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeruno Labs, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved:

• Option A (Default): exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
• Option B (Alternative): by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

(Aeruno Labs may elect Option A or B at its discretion.)
